We’ve owned a condo here in Aldea Zama for 3 years. We originally bought it as a presale investment so that we could build a house back home. Needless to say, here we still sit – now backwards on this deal as I have put a lot of money into making this place perfect and we’ve lowered the price several times to bottom dollar. We just got screwed hard by our previous “realtor’ who couldn’t close an all cash offer from a man that came here, money in hand, loved the unit and the next thing we know, he was gone. “Realtor” didn’t even have the wads to tell us the deal was not going to happen.

What I want to know is do you have experience selling real properties in Tulum or just presale dreams to people? I want someone in Tulum that can show a unit that is basically brand new, has many upgrades and not a thing wrong with it that can sell this place ASAP! We are willing to do SOME type of buyer financing if coming up with 140k is a real problem for people, but that’s getting a little ahead at this point…
